I just wrote a review and it disappeared. I guess they didn't like it. Wow. It was really descriptive too. Nice vocabulary... stay away from pool. Moldy. Black floors. Brown pool floors. I showed clerk pics, said I will post with review. She replied, they change water every week. Also, I reserved my room an hour before I got there. Real easy. I showed up, gave my name, she gave me my key, she didn't ask me for my license.

Lisa at head desk the most pleasant lady. Beds great! Clean halls and rooms. The pool always seems to be very cold. Wish they would bump it up even 5 degrees would be helpful. Breakfast is good.

Stayed a week to visit friends. The hotel is fairly new and well maintained. Very clean.Staff very warm, friendly, and helpful. Beds comfy. Quiet. Several hot complimentary breakfast choices available. Spacious eating area doubles as pleasant place to visit friends. Good location. Good value for the price. Was there during summer tourist season. I would recommend this Hampton Inn to friends.

My boyfriend travels for work and stayed here and his room (329) had BEDBUGS! I’ll post the photos with this review. When he packed his things up to go to the desk they put him in a new room, and the new room had dirty socks in it. This place is dirty. Don’t stay here!

In a bind...I had some important paperwork that I needed to print, sign, and return electronically while I was visiting family that had no WiFi, printers, or typical business tools. I initially checked out a place at the nearby mall, and they were closed. I spoke with Carrie Moe and explained my predicament...and she was extremely helpful and provided the WiFi password and allowed me to use their business center for a few minutes so I could take care of some very important and time-sensitive documents. Thanks You Carrie Moe !!! Always find helpful people in the Iron-range and Carrie exhibited exemplary compassion for my situation. THANK YOU Carrie, you are the epitome of GREAT PEOPLE !!! If I am ever in need of a hotel in Hibbing, I will most certainly recommend the Hampton Inn.
